Technical Consultant Analyst

Join our Professional Services team in Copenhagen and work at the forefront of Revenue Management and Offer Management solutions. You will partner with customers to design, implement, and optimize data-driven solutions that maximize revenue and enhance offer optimization strategies. Working closely with international teams, you will play a key role in delivering impactful and high-visibility customer engagements.

• Act as a trusted technical consultant supporting customers throughout solution definition and implementation.

• Contribute to pre‑sales and upsell activities with practical technical expertise.

• Analyse customer processes and challenges to define scope, deliverables, and action plans.

• Coordinate with Product Definition & Architecture and Development teams to address solution gaps.

• Monitor outcomes and identify optimisation and improvement opportunities.

• Share knowledge and mentor colleagues within project teams.

• Translate customer feedback into actionable product and business requirements.

• You have experience in technical consultancy, solution delivery, or a similar customer‑facing technical role.

• You enjoy working with customers to understand business needs and translate them into solutions.

• You collaborate effectively with product and development teams.

• You can work independently while valuing teamwork and feedback.

• You communicate clearly with technical and non‑technical stakeholders.

• You’re curious, proactive, and motivated to continuously learn.

• You’re comfortable working in an international environment.
