Job Description:
This position will be responsible for providing first drafts of client-facing technical documents ("Newsflashes") describing critical issues within the NextGen Enterprise system. Once the drafts are completed, the individual will work with the Senior Newsflash Writer to ensure the drafts are up to NextGen’s writing standards.
This Internship position is for 3 or 6 months.
The responsibilities include:
- Completing 3 to 5 critical issue newsflash first drafts a week.
- Reviewing relative reference material such as videos provided by support, Salesforce work requests, and KI’s.
- Reaching out to the Senior Newsflash writer or other SME’s if more information is required.
