We’re looking for a motivated and hands-on Technical Co-Founder (m/f/d) to join one of our studio companies in Munich or Nuremberg. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the technical foundation and drive the product vision for an innovative B2B SaaS solution focused on optimizing energy purchasing for industrial companies.
As a core member of the founding team, you’ll be instrumental in designing and building the MVP as well as deciding on the key architecture of the product. You will shape the company from the ground up and be part of its continued growth journey.
In this role you’ll:- Work hand-in-hand with the founding team on building an industry-defining company
- Take full ownership of the technical roadmap and architecture
- Choose and implement the tech stack
- Develop and launch the company’s first scalable software product (MVP)
- Collaborate closely with early pilot customers to refine and iterate on the product
- Establish robust engineering processes to ensure product scalability and reliability
- Lead the recruitment, onboarding, and growth of the technical team as the company scales
- Actively contribute to the company’s overall strategy, growth, and success
You are a passionate builder and leader with:
- Several years of experience in software engineering with a track record of building scalable, customer-centric software solutions
- Hands-on experience in frontend and backend development and architecture
- Previous experience in a start-up or entrepreneurial environment, with a focus on rapid iteration and building from scratch
- Experience in designing technical architectures and mentoring engineering teams
- Motivated to drive impact in a high-energy and fast-paced environment
- Open and transparent communication style with a focus on teamwork
- Familiarity with AI integration or a strong interest in exploring its applications in optimization tools is a plus
- Fluent in English; knowledge of German is a plus
- Located in or willingness to relocate to Munich or Nuremberg for full-time involvement
