The Role
Does the customer car have a DSG or Manual transmission? Hard or soft suspension coil springs? Your daily job will consist of supporting and informing our customers about those differences, using a semi-autonomous system.
Areas of Responsibility:
- Dealing with problematic orders by identifying customer needs and issues and helping customers to resolve the issues
- Handling of return and warranty claims
- Providing great customer service
Requirements:
- Excellent technical knowledge of the automotive industry
- Good English language skills are essential for communication with foreign customers
- Good communication skills
- Good computer skills
As an advantage:
- Understanding Zendesk / 1C software’s
- Experience with handling customers
