monday.com is looking for a Technical Business Operation Team Lead to join our growing Business Applications Group to improve our external client-facing processes and planning.

In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team focused on optimizing business processes, implementing technical solutions, and driving operational efficiency across the organization. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align business objectives with technology solutions, ensuring seamless integration and effective utilization of systems and processes.

We are looking for a candidate with proven experience in Sales / Customer Success / Business Operations experience, who is passionate about building and scaling an operation from the ground up and feels very comfortable working closely with developers and system implementors.


About The Role:

  • Lead and mentor a team of business operations managers. 
  • Provide guidance, coaching, and professional development opportunities to team members while fostering a collaborative and productive team environment.
  • Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement and automation.
  • Collaborate closely with our incredible Business Applications teams as well as external vendors to configure, customize, and deploy software applications and systems.
  • Be a trusted business partner to the business leadership.
  • Design and implement scalable solutions to address operational challenges and optimize business performance.
  • Lead the implementation and integration of technical solutions to support business operations.
  • Manage projects related to business operations, from planning and requirements gathering to execution and deployment.
  • Define project scope, objectives, and timelines, and ensure projects are delivered on schedule and within budget.
  • Communicate project status, issues, and risks to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Utilize data analytics to generate insights and provide recommendations based on it to improve business processes and operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of professional work experience in business operations, technical project management, revenue operations, sales operations or customer success operations at B2B SaaS company (preferable)
  • Previous experience (at least 2 year) in a team leadership or management role.
  • Previous experience as a Salesforce CRM Admin or Salesforce CRM Business Owner is a must
  • Must be fluent in English (writing and speaking)
  • Ability to drive multiple projects in a cross-functional environment while managing key stakeholder expectations and timelines
  • Strong understanding of CRM best practices, workflows, and data management principles.
  • Ability to problem-solve and use interpersonal skills to communicate solutions and influence outcomes
  • Strong quantitative capabilities with a passion for numbers and analytics
  • SQL knowledge - an advantage
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skill set to effectively collaborate with various divisions in the organization
  • Curious, independent, rigorous, and proactive kind of person
