Job Summary
Job DescriptionThe Technical Business Expert is instrumental in partnering with business stakeholders across Asset Management and Operate and Maintain in InfraCo to deliver solutions that drive strategic and operational outcomes. This role leverages strong business acumen, stakeholder engagement and technical expertise to translate business needs into actionable insights, supporting asset planning and tracking investment outcomes, compliance, and asset performance.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and clearly define business problems and translating the business needs into actionable insights that drive organisational strategy and business objectives.
Proactively identify and track opportunities and risks relating to asset performance, compliance, and investment outcomes, with reporting to support continuous improvement and business value realisation.
Develop and present comprehensive and interactive dashboards and reports that clearly communicate critical findings and business recommendations, empowering stakeholders to make informed decisions based.
Build, automate, and maintain complex analytics-based performance tracking dashboards, continuously enhancing their functionality based on user feedback and evolving business requirements.
Analyse complex data sets and identify trends, patterns, anomalies, and insights using various data analysis techniques and tools such as SQL, Power BI, R/Python.
Perform in-depth quantitative analysis, articulate complex data patterns using descriptive analysis, and prepare data using statistical models for use in predictive/prescriptive analysis.
Build and maintain scalable dataflows and pipelines ensuring data quality and integrity.
Use Power Platform tools such as Flows and PowerApps to automate reporting and optimise processes.
Contribute to building a strong team dynamic so working together is fun and everyone thrives.
Significantly drive continuous improvement, transformation and efficiency into current reporting and analytics processes, including driving self-serve ability across the organisation.
Understanding of cloud data analytics technology stack and their application to explore and pilot predictive analytical solutions using Fabric, AI, Lake.
