ROLE OVERVIEWAs a Technical Business Analyst, you’ll be the strategic link between our business and technical teams. You’ll analyze complex business challenges, identify root causes, and translate requirements into actionable technical specifications. Your insights will shape the design and delivery of innovative solutions that drive operational excellence and customer satisfaction. This role demands strong analytical thinking, excellent communication, and a deep understanding of both business processes and technology. WHAT YOU’LL DOBusiness & Requirements Analysis
Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables
Analyze and interpret user requirements, user stories, use cases, and system architecture documents
Identify and resolve system-specific issues through research and analysis
Develop and maintain detailed documentation of business processes, policies, and procedures
Perform data validation and ensure accuracy of system inputs
Technical Collaboration & Solution Design
Translate business needs into clear technical specifications for development teams
Develop and communicate technical requirements, including design, build, and test plans
Work with business stakeholders and IT to implement changes
Participate in solution design, testing, and implementation phases
Develop innovative, efficient, effective, and scalable solutions
Evaluate usability, scalability, and performance of proposed solutions
Research and recommend new technologies and tools to improve business outcomes
Identify and mitigate technology risks throughout the project lifecycle
Process Improvement, Support & Communication
Identify and document process improvements and UI issues
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation including process flows, roles and responsibilities, use cases, user guides and technical manuals
Train users on system processes and application
Execute and support infrastructure audits and reviews; ensure compliance with documentation standards
Track and report on project metrics; manage, maintain and document project plans and schedules
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, or a related field
Minimum 4 years of experience in a technical support role
Experience in an analyst role as a System Analyst, Functional Analyst, or Technical Business Analyst
Experience in POS Systems and Payment Platforms is a must have
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Excellent English communication skills (reading, writing and speaking)
Detail-oriented with a structured approach
Solid understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies (JIRA, Confluence)
Proficiency in creating and managing technical documentation
Familiarity with integration tools and APIs (Postman, Bruno, SoapUI)
Basic proficiency in SQL and database querying (MS SQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB)
