As a Technical Business Analyst at Techie Talent, you'll be more than just a member of the development team; you will be part of transforming the tech industry through our honest, transparent, and people-centric approach.
Your role will be diverse and dynamic. You'll be instrumental in developing and maintaining our software solutions, working with a varied technology stack, and ensuring that our products are functional, efficient, reliable, and scalable.

What We're Looking For- 5+ years of experience working as a Technical Business Analyst in software development environments.
- Previous hands-on experience in Quality Assurance or Application Quality Control.
- Solid understanding of technical concepts such as API architecture, integration flows, REST services, JSON structures, and authentication mechanisms (OAuth, API Keys).
- Proven ability to gather, interpret, and document highly technical requirements with minimal business rules context.
- Strong skills in writing clear, structured, and technically-oriented user stories, including the definition of acceptance criteria and "ready" conditions.
- Extensive experience collaborating directly with development and QA teams in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Proficient in project and backlog management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical language into actionable requirements for cross-functional teams.
- Highly detail-oriented, with a structured and quality-focused approach to deliverables.
- Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management.
