We will count on you to:

- Develop complex question pathways and data validation rules using SQL, and apply HTML markup to customize question presentation and formatting.
- Analyze insurance business processes (as-is and to-be) to align questionnaire designs with operational workflows and gather client requirements.
- Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT), develop test scenarios, provide training sessions for end-users, and partner with IT and business teams to manage releases and improve platform capabilities.
- Maintain comprehensive data mappings, dictionaries, and documentation while serving as a bridge to ensure clear communication between technical teams and business users.
What you need to have:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst with proven communication skills (written and verbal) in working with management, clients, and technical experts.
- Technical proficiency in SQL (writing queries for data validation, conditional logic, and data extraction) and experience with low-code/no-code platforms for form building.
- Strong understanding of the insurance industry, including key processes, terminology, regulatory requirements, and proven experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
- Basic knowledge of HTML markup language for customizing question presentation and ability to work effectively as part of a cross-functional team.
What makes you stand out?
- Experience with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar for requirements management and project tracking.
- Track record of successfully conducting training sessions and driving user adoption of complex platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to bridge communication gaps between technical and non-technical stakeholders in fast-paced environments.
Why join our team?
- We help you be your best through professional development opportunities, interesting work and supportive leaders.
