Own end-to-end delivery of investment transaction and platform implementation projects. Act as the liaison between clients and development teams, support asset management reporting and analytics, resolve stakeholder conflicts, monitor portfolios, and mentor team members. cohesion towards project objectives.
- Mentor
and guide team members to ensure high levels of performance, quality, and
development. Serve as the primary point of contact for teammates.
Requirements
- Candidate should be from Tier 1 College.
- MBA, PGDM, or equivalent PG with specialization in Finance/IT or
related fields; B.E./B. Tech is mandatory
- PMP Certified or any project management certifications
- Proficient understanding of financial concepts with advanced
skills in Excel, Macros & SQL (must have – intermediate to advanced level).
- Exceptional attention to detail and a logical thought process to
effectively analyze large volumes of qualitative and quantitative data.
- Proven track record of Project management and people management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to take initiative and
thrive in a fast-paced environment, showcasing resilience and adaptability under pressure.
- Deep
interest and appreciation for technology with relevant work experience. Prior
experience in development/IT roles would be a significant advantage.
Skills Required
- MBA, PGDM, or equivalent postgraduate degree specializing in Finance, IT, or a related field
- B.E. or B.Tech degree
- PMP certification or another project management certification
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in financial concepts, Microsoft Excel, Macros, and SQL
- Strong attention to detail and logical analytical skills for evaluating large qualitative and quantitative datasets
- Proven project management and people management skills
- Initiative, resilience, adaptability, and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interest in technology and relevant work experience
