About The Role

We’re looking for a Technical Business Analyst to join our digital team and help deliver partner products and integrations across the Lendi ecosystem.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working across Product, Engineering, Design, QA, Analytics, and external partners, and can turn complex business needs into clear technical requirements. You’ll play a key role in shaping partner-led solutions, improving end-to-end flows, and supporting products that deliver real business impact.

Job Description

What You'll Do

  • Partner with Product and Engineering to analyse, define, and deliver new partner product capabilities and strategic partnership solutions
  • Gather, clarify, and document business and technical requirements
  • Translate business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and technical mappings
  • Analyse end-to-end systems and integration flows to support seamless partner product experiences
  • Interpret complex business logic and convert it into clear functional and technical requirements
  • Support the creation and maintenance of rules and configurations, including the Approval Confidence Rules Engine
  • Review reports and data outputs to support product performance, compliance, and operational decision-making
  • Support BAU activities including help desk tickets, audits, issue investigation, and ongoing optimisation
  • Act as a key link between internal teams and external partners to drive alignment and smooth delivery

Qualifications

What You’ll Bring

  • 2–5 years’ experience as a Business Analyst or Technical Business Analyst
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery teams, including requirements gathering, user story writing, and acceptance criteria documentation
  • Ability to document current-state and future-state processes and data flows
  • Experience working on system integrations and technical data mapping across internal and external services
  • Strong communication skills and confidence working with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders
  • Experience supporting BAU processes, investigating issues, and improving operational workflows
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail

 

Nice to Have

  • Experience in lending, fintech, or home loans
  • Understanding of the home loan lifecycle, from application through to settlement
  • Experience with rules engines, system audits, or configuration reviews
