Primary Responsibilities:
- Drive the product backlog for the scrum team at strategic & operational level
- Work with the business stakeholders to ensure healthy product backlog
- Work very closely with the engineering team to ensure requirements are managed well
- Work with the extended stakeholders(Design, analytics, Leadership, Call center, Opx, Other scrum teams) to manage the product backlog
- Participate in all scrum ceremonies to ensure synchronization of understanding of process & work
- Participate in Strategic product management initiatives
- Participate & contribute in Organization level Initiatives(innovation, ideas etc)
- Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:
- Master's in computer science or equivalent experience
- Computer science graduate or equivalent experience
- Agile/Scrum certification
- 3+ years of product management experience
- Experience in US healthcare system
- Experience in Agile/Scrum process in IT services
- Understanding or Experience in engineering practices
- IT Product owner
- US Healthcare
