- Should have Exposure on maintenance of VFD’s, DG operation & Maintenance , UPS System, Induction Motors, Troubleshooting on iMCC & Conventional Panels
- Should have Experience on Electrical Lights
- Read & Understood LOTO Process, Electrical SLDs and wiring diagrams.
- Should have Hands on experience on Maintenance of Lift, Fire alarm system, Gas detectors, Door access control system etc ,Switch gears ,Relays
- Should understand Electrical wirings,SLD etc
- Should have experience on Installing and maintaining electrical systems, equipment, and devices
- Monitor & Manage Electrical Systems
- Independently handle shift Electrical activities and maintain the power supply to all equipment’s.
- Support Installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical control wiring, and lighting systems.
- Daily Inspection of transformers, circuit breakers, and other electrical components.
- Performs preventive maintenance and repair on all switchgear control circuits, generators, contactors, and relays in accordance with procedures and manufacturers’ recommendation.
- Responsible for execution, maintenance & operation of Equipment’s as per Standard operating procedures, work instructions, Maintenance trackers / schedules/ planners of Engineering & Maintenance.
- Install, maintain, and enhance electrical systems and components, including fuses, lights, and wiring.
- Inspect, test, and diagnose issues with electrical systems and components.
- Perform all work in a manner that meets and follows electrical codes, blueprints, and standards.
- Test electrical systems and components to ensure proper functioning.
- Complete required documentation of repairs and service information
- Ensure adequate inventory of necessary supplies and parts.
- Perform preventative maintenance on electrical systems and components.
- Monitor MTTR/MTBF and Production lost Hours due to Electrical failures and ensure necessary measures for reduction in Breakdowns.
- Operation of DG Set and Monitoring ,recording and logging
- Good to have exposure on MTBF,Energy Management ISO50001:2018
- Basic Knowledge on cGMP document related to engineering.
- Good to have Troubleshooting of Control valve & ON/OFF valves.
- Good to have Knowledge of National Electric Code and local electric codes
- ITI (Electrical) & Secondary/High school (10 + 2)
- PWD Wireman License (Mandatory)
- 4-6 years: Preferably in API/Formulation/FMCG/Automation Industries
