What your job will look like:
- Track and follow up on action items from leadership meetings and ensure timely delivery.
- Understand and help scope tasks beyond administrative execution, identifying what's needed for successful outcomes.
- Document meetings, synthesize key takeaways, and maintain clarity of priorities and next steps.
- Prepare materials for executive presentations and internal communications.
- Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement across the organization and proactively suggest or initiate solutions.
- Maintain high discretion and confidentiality with sensitive information.
- Act as a key support partner to the EVP, helping drive execution across mostly R&D domains.
- Manage and maintain the EVP's presence across relevant internal and external platforms (e.g., social media, internal communications).
All you need is:
- Bachelor's degree – preference for a technical field.
- 2-5 years of experience as a technical project manager in R&D field.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills; detail-oriented and structured.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- High emotional intelligence, maturity, and professional presence.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities and business awareness.
- Self-driven, proactive, and a fast learner.
- Excellent communication skills in English – written and verbal.
