Core Responsibilities
- 12+ years exp in framework Design & Mapping: Design modular, scalable GRC architectural blueprints. Map global standards and SOX requirements into an enterprise wide, standardized risk and control library.
- GRC Tool Administration: Optimize and configure enterprise GRC platforms (e.g., AuditBoard, ServiceNow, SAP GRC) to automate evidence collection, task routing, and remediation tracking
- Audit Orchestration: Establish "vault" strategies to automatically generate auditor ready evidence packs. Act as the primary liaison connecting IT stakeholders with internal and external auditors during testing phases.
- Root Cause & Remediation Triage: Conduct root cause analyses on control deficiencies and assist internal teams in architecting technical fixes to prevent recurrence
Responsibilities
- Coordinate auditor access to systems for SOX/SOC audit requests.
- Monitor audit evidence request tickets in centralized tools.
- Act as a liaison between control owners and auditors during evidence collection.
- Facilitate and drive progress on control automation efforts.
- Ensure timely updates of control documentation in GRC tool.
- Conduct root cause analysis on control failures and triage remediation plans.
- Monitor SOX/SOC controls for completion using GRC tools.
