The Impact of a Solution Architect at Coupa Software:
As a Technical Architect at Coupa, you will collaborate with our Customers, Partners and internal Product Management teams to implement cutting-edge solutions for our customers. Your expertise and experience will be crucial in integrating technologies into the Procurement, Supply Chain, and/or AP Automation domains, enabling our teams to manage the successful delivery of integration projects at Coupa effectively.
What You'll Do:
- Ability to function as an individual Technical Architect(TA) on customer implementations to ensure the maximum value is derived from our integration services, by quantifying the value, driving adoption, sharing best practices, answering business questions, identifying opportunities.
- Effectively partner and communicate with customer senior management teams during Coupa implementations to influence the strategies, decisions and impacts.
- You should also be able to provide insights on client-to-business interactions, improve customer experience through product support, and handle customer requests and complaints.
- Manage escalations, expectations and work with Coupa / Customer project managers to meet project timeline and quality obligations
- Manage and mentor newly hired TA’s on the team and Partners to successfully deliver the solution
- Apply knowledge and standard methodologies to influence & lead strategy and design during customer implementations.
- Lead Specialized Customer Success at scale initiatives
- Work well in both individual and team settings both on and off client site
What You Will Bring to Coupa:
- We need a self-starter who has experience with scale but also understands the value of technical services for delivering customer success.
- Successful candidates must have exceptional interpersonal skills, possess an aptitude for learning and using new software, and be able to communicate clearly and effectively.
- 2+ years of overall experience working with integration technologies of customer success orgs in Procurement and/or AP Automation space with 2+ years leadership experience.
- Proven hands-on experience architecting large-scale integrations that involve ERP Integrations with SAP / PeopleSoft / ORACLE E-Business Suite/Netsuite
- Experience with one or more Finance and Procurement functional areas (e.g. Procure to Order, Procure to Pay, Expenses, Accounts Payable)
- Hands-on experience with sFTP, RESTful APIs, SOAP APIs, and Single Sign-On configuration
- Hand’s one ERP Integration Domain Knowledge – SAP / PeopleSoft / ORACLE
- Familiarity with AWS or other cloud host stack
- Strong multilingual(English & Spanish) written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
Preferred But Not Required
- Proven hands on experience integrating with external supplier systems using standards like EDI, cXML etc
- Middleware Experience – IBM / TIBCO / SAP PI PO / ORACLE / Boomi
- Programming Language Experience – Ruby / Java / .NET
- Proficient with SQL and fundamental relational database concepts
