We are hiring a hands-on Technical Architect with strong expertise in Data Engineering and/or BI Visualization. The role involves designing scalable data solutions, guiding teams, and delivering high-performance analytics platforms aligned to business needs.
Requirements? Must-Have Requirements (Critical)
- ✔ 6+ years in Data Analytics / BI domain
- ✔ Strong hands-on experience in Data Engineering (ETL/ELT, SQL, Python/PySpark)
- ✔ Expertise in at least one BI tool (Power BI / Tableau / Qlik / Looker)
- ✔ Experience with Cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)
- ✔ Experience with Data Warehousing (Snowflake / Redshift / BigQuery)
- ✔ Proven experience in solution design / architecture (end-to-end data pipelines)
- ✔ Ability to work in client-facing roles
Solution Architecture
- Design end-to-end data pipelines (ingestion → transformation → visualization)
- Define scalable, secure, and high-performance architectures
- Build and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines
- Work with large-scale structured & unstructured data
- Ensure data quality, performance, and governance
- Design enterprise dashboards and data models
- Translate business needs into analytics solutions
- Guide developers, conduct reviews, enforce standards
- Mentor team members and drive best practices
- Engage with clients, run requirement workshops
- Provide estimations and solution approaches
Bachelor’s / Master’s in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset
- Balance of hands-on + architecture capability
- Excellent communication and stakeholder handling
Skills Required
- 6+ years of experience in the Data Analytics or Business Intelligence domain
- Hands-on experience with data engineering, including ETL/ELT, SQL, and Python/PySpark
- Expertise in at least one BI tool: Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, or Looker
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP cloud platforms
- Experience with Snowflake, Redshift, or BigQuery data warehousing
- Experience designing end-to-end data pipeline architectures
- Ability to work in client-facing roles
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Experience with data modeling, APIs, CI/CD, Git, and Agile
