We are seeking an experienced Technical Architect to lead the design, development, and implementation of technical solutions across key business domains. The Technical Architect will provide strategic technology leadership, ensuring scalable, secure, and efficient architectures that align with organizational objectives and business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end technical architecture and solution design for assigned domain(s).
• Define architecture standards, frameworks, and best practices to support business and technology objectives.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, project managers, and development teams to translate requirements into robust technical solutions.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance throughout the project lifecycle, from concept through implementation and support.
• Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, maintainable, and aligned with enterprise architecture standards.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend innovative approaches to improve system performance and business outcomes.
• Conduct architecture reviews and provide governance to ensure compliance with established standards.
• Identify technical risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Support integration initiatives across multiple systems, applications, and platforms.
• Mentor development teams and promote architectural best practices across the organization.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Technical Architect, Solution Architect, or similar leadership role.
• Strong understanding of enterprise architecture principles and solution design methodologies.
• Experience leading complex technology initiatives across multiple stakeholders and teams.
• Strong knowledge of system integration, cloud technologies, APIs, data management, and application architecture.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to translate business requirements into practical technical solutions.
• German & English speaking
