Requirements
We are currently seeking Salesforce Technical Architects to join our APAC team, ideally based in either Australia or New Zealand. As a Salesforce Architect at OSF Digital, you will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable and innovative Salesforce solutions for our clients. You'll work closely with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions. Your expertise in Salesforce architecture, integration, and customisation will be instrumental in driving business transformation and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
This role can be based in New Zealand (Auckland/Wellington) or Australia (Sydney/Melbourne).
Primary Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions.
- Design and architect scalable and efficient Salesforce solutions, ensuring best practices and industry standards are followed.
- Lead and mentor a team of developers, providing technical guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure the quality and performance of Salesforce implementations.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce technologies and trends, and proactively identify opportunities for improvement.
