Responsibilities
- Collaborate with HCL Stakeholders, Business Partners and Clients to understand business requirements to plan and execute project delivery to ensure successful client and business outcomes.
- Project Planning and Management: Developing comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, staffing, and milestones
- Team Leadership and Coordination: Leading and coordinating project teams, mentoring and motivating members, and fostering a collaborative environment
- Stakeholder Communication: Engaging with Clients and HCL stakeholders to provide strategic updates, gather feedback, and ensure alignment with project goals
- Risk Management: Identifying and mitigating significant risks to keep the project on track
- Resource Management: Hiring and Managing resources allocations effectively to ensure Client success
- Quality Assurance: Ensuring all deliverables meet rigorous quality standards.
- Budget Management: Overseeing project budgets and ensuring financials are managed throughout the project's lifecycle
- Performance Monitoring: Continuously monitoring project progress, client satisfaction and making necessary adjustments.
- Reporting: Preparing and communicating project status reports & dashboards with stakeholders and clients
- Mentoring & Guiding Project Managers & Associates
- Ensuring a collaborative & positive work environment to enable high performance
Qualifications & Experiences:
- 15+ years of experience in planning and delivery of multi-year projects related to ERP or Digital Transformation Implementations of team sizes between 50-100+ members with focus on Client Stakeholder Management. Experience in Marketing Automation Project Management will be highly advantageous.
- Proven experience in Client Facing Delivery Roles and working with Senior Client Management (CxOs).
- Experience in the managing projects related to Marketing Automation and ERP would be advantageous.
- Proven track record of effective leadership and team management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to manage stakeholders and team members.
- Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems and make informed decisions under pressure.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, Trello).
- Understanding of methodologies like Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and Lean.
- Experience in identifying, assessing, and mitigating project risks.
- Proficiency in managing project budgets and resources efficiently.
- Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and environments.
- Skilled in negotiating with stakeholders and vendors to achieve project goals.
- Excellent time management skills to ensure project milestones are met.
- Keen attention to detail to ensure project quality and compliance.
