The Technical Assistant will be responsible for providing technical support across multiple projects, especially in the area of documentation and report preparation, with a view to ensuring successful execution.
Scope of work.
• Execute a diverse range of administrative tasks diligently and efficiently
• Attending meetings as needed, taking detailed notes, and accurately capturing action items and next steps.
• Preparing quality technical drafts of required reports for review
• Maintain accurate indexing, archiving and storage of project documentation.
• Undertake assigned follow-up action on next steps required to advance project objective
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree with an excellent academic record from a top university.
- 1-3 years experience as a Technical & Administrative Assistant.
