RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Decision Making and Influence
- Works under the day-to-day supervision of engagement leaders, project leaders, or workstream leaders
- Supports engagement teams and workstreams
- Contributes to the development of client-facing solutions or internal processes and capabilities
- Client Service Delivery
- Supports the collection of business requirements and/or project information through end-user interviews, document analysis, workshops, etc., and develops them into business artifacts as directed by the engagement leader
- Works with project lead and/or engagement leader to develop schedules and coordinate meetings and associated materials for team discussions
- Develops relevant business analysis and project management artifacts, such as status reports, project plans, process descriptions, issues, risks, and change logs, and other relevant work products
- Owns the development and updates of one or more key deliverables in an engagement
- Organizes and distributes information provided by stakeholders to the project team
- Business Development
- Supports business development and pursuit activities, including writing project summaries/descriptions and assisting with other document or proposal development activities
- Develops and shares their Point B story with their network (former colleagues, social networks, friends, etc.)
- Leadership
- Contributes as a productive team member and builds authentic relationships with individuals in work groups and teams

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- B.A. or B.S. required
- 0 years of experience minimum
- Ability to work on-site as requested
- Ability to work remotely
- Ability to travel up to 80%
- Ability to work non-standard work hours as necessary
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Prior leadership positions (in academic or other settings)
- Basic understanding of project management and related tools
- Experience being an effective member of a team
- Internship experience
JOB SPECIFIC QUALIFICATIONS:
- Relocation is not offered; candidates must be willing to relocate to the role location
- Degree in Computer Science or Similar
- Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., SQL, Python, Power BI, Tableau) with the ability to extract, manipulate, and interpret large datasets to generate actionable insights.
- Understanding of digital technologies and architectures (e.g., cloud platforms such as AWS/Azure/GCP, APIs, data pipelines, system integrations) and how they support business capabilities.
- Experience working with structured and unstructured data, including data modeling, data quality assessment, and basic ETL concepts.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC), DevOps concepts, and digital product delivery frameworks, with the ability to collaborate effectively with engineers and technical stakeholders.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
- The estimated salary range for this role is $56,500 - $112,500 USD per year. This salary range is provided as required by local and state law as applicable. Individual salaries vary on a number of factors including but not limited to geography, skills, education, experience and unique qualifications where applicable.
- Bonuses are awarded at Point B’s discretion and are based upon individual contributions and overall firm performance.
- Employees hired on or after October 1 are not eligible to participate in the current year’s bonus or merit increase cycle. Eligibility will begin with the following performance cycle, in accordance with company policy.
