Work with confidential information and adhere to HIPAA regulations. Manage the end-to-end integration of interfaces, facilitating benefit issuance to citizens of Louisiana. Lead the testing of user stories, defects, and bugs, ensuring a smooth transition from System Integration Testing (SIT) through Production deployment. Assist clients with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and build trust as a subject matter expert. Demonstrate System Integration Testing (SIT) outcome to stakeholders and program managers, showcasing functional knowledge of system interfaces. Improve the performance of automated processes by analyzing and eliminating exceptions. Ensure data integrity by conducting validations in both UAT and Production environments. Assist the development team by identifying critical production issues and deploying early fixes. Communicate ongoing issues and development updates during Scrum meetings with clients. Coordinate with the offshore team to troubleshoot key issues and strategize subsequent steps. Utilize daily the following tools: SQL, Jira, SharePoint, Putty, WinSCP, and MS Office. Provide support to LITE Worker Portal and SEBT Portal and interact with the following interfaces: NAC, SSA, DOC, and EBT. Apply knowledge of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
Position requires a minimum of a master’s degree in computer science, information technology, or related field of study and a minimum of two years of experience in job offered, as a Tech Analyst, or as a Technical Business Analyst along with one year of experience in Software Development Life Cycle and Agile Methodologies. Must have experience working with confidential information and HIPAA regulations. Job located in Baton Rouge, LA and any unanticipated locations throughout the U.S. $105,498 to $123,178/year.
