Position Title: Technical Analyst (Kantata)
Location: Taguig City, Metro Manila – 2 days per week onsite
Role Purpose
We are seeking an experienced Senior Kantata Technical Consultant to join our Global Applications team. The role will be responsible for the design, development, configuration, support and continuous improvement of Salesforce and Kantata, NCC Group's core CRM and Professional Services Automation platforms.
The successful candidate will combine Salesforce platform expertise with strong knowledge of Kantata operations, including project management, resource forecasting, utilisation, time capture and project financials. They will work closely with stakeholders across Global Operations, Finance, Sales and Professional Services to deliver scalable solutions that enhance business performance and operational efficiency.
This role will play a key part in both strategic transformation initiatives and ongoing service improvement, ensuring solutions are delivered in line with established development, change and release processes.
Key Responsibilities
Summary
Platform Ownership
- Act as a senior technical specialist for Kantata.
- Recommend and implement platform improvements, automation and process efficiencies.
- Ensure platform stability, scalability, security and performance.
- Support application roadmaps and strategic platform direction.
Solution Design & Delivery
- Design, develop and maintain Kantata solutions.
- Design solutions supporting PSA processes including:
- Resource management
- Project planning
- Capacity forecasting
- Timesheets
- Project financials
- Revenue recognition
- Participate in architecture reviews and technical design sessions.
Stakeholder Management
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Provide technical leadership during workshops and discovery sessions.
- Communicate solution options, risks and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Release & Change Management
- Manage deployments
- Ensure adherence to change control and release management processes.
- Support testing, defect resolution and production deployments.
Integration & Data Management
- Support integrations between Salesforce, Kantata, Workday, MuleSoft and other enterprise applications.
- Maintain technical documentation, data flows and system diagrams.
- Ensure data integrity and governance standards are maintained.
Support & Continuous Improvement
- Troubleshoot complex platform issues.
- Mentor junior team members and share best practices.
- Identify opportunities to improve business processes through automation and simplification.
- Contribute to platform governance and technical standards.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
What we are looking for in you
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelors or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent.
- Extensive experience in Kantata configuration (projects, resource tracking, forecasting)
- Experience supporting PSA processes including resource scheduling, utilisation tracking and project delivery.
- Experience designing and supporting integrations between enterprise systems.
- Experience working within Agile development environments.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience working with global teams and distributed stakeholders.
- Salesforce Administrator Certification.
- PSA domain expertise (resource planning, utilisation and project financials)
- Custom Development of Flows.
- Demonstrable experience of covering the complete project life cycle, in a structured environment (agile methodology) working in sprints.
Desirable
- Hands-on experience using and implementing Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Revenue Cloud an advantage.
- Previous project experience with interfaces between multiple systems.
- Ideally experienced using change sets and deployment tools such as Gearset.
- Experience in the technology sector, even better in the professional services world is desirable.
- In depth understanding of the underlying processes that business systems support in a production environment.
