PropertyShark is a leading commercial real estate data platform used by brokers, investors, and researchers across the US. As a Technical Analyst-AI & Marketing Intelligence, you’ll own two complementary missions: 

• AI Automation for the Marketing Team. Identify manual workflows across the team and replace them with intelligent automation. Build pipelines, connect data sources and tools, create reusable playbooks, and be the go-to person who translates business problems into AI-powered solutions that improve quality and velocity. 
• Product-Facing AI Features. Design and build AI-powered experiences for PropertyShark’s clients. This includes prototyping AI assistants, AI-assisted search and research workflows, and agentic systems that connect to live data through tool-use architectures and MCP servers. You’ll take these from concept through testing, evaluation, and production-readiness.

This hybrid role requires working from the office at least once a week, so please take into account that you should be based in or near Cluj-Napoca. 

What You'll Bring Along

• 2+ years in a data-heavy analyst or technical role where you worked with large datasets, built reports, or automated workflows 
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or related field is preferred but not required 
• Hands-on experience designing and deploying AI agents or AI-powered workflows using LLMs (OpenAI, Claude, or similar), including prompt engineering and tool-use / function-calling patterns 
• Experience with automation platforms (n8n, Flowise, Zapier, or custom API orchestrations) 
• Working knowledge of Python, enough to build, adapt, and troubleshoot data pipelines, automation scripts, and AI integrations (with or without AI assistance) 
• Understanding of agentic AI concepts: multi-step reasoning, tool-use architectures, context management, and connecting agents to external data via APIs or MCP servers 
• Solid SQL skills for querying large databases 
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and clear communication skills 

Nice to have:

• Experience with LLM evaluation, testing, and observability tools (e.g., LangSmith, custom eval frameworks) 
• Familiarity with LangChain, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, or similar agent/orchestration frameworks 
• Portfolio of previous AI, automation, or data analysis projects you can walk us through 
• Background in marketing operations or marketing technology 
• Experience with data visualization tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI) 
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, Power Query, data modeling, VBA/macros) 
• Familiarity with real estate data, SEO tools, or product analytics 

What You'll Do 

AI Automation & Workflow Intelligence 

• Audit the marketing team’s workflows; identify repetitive, manual processes and design AI-powered replacements: from prompt-based automation to multi-step agent pipelines 
• Build and maintain automations using platforms like n8n, Flowise, or custom API orchestrations, connecting internal tools, CRMs, analytics platforms, and data sources 
• Document every solution into reusable playbooks so the team can adopt, maintain, and extend your work independently 
• Be the team’s AI advisor: evaluate new tools, run proof-of-concepts, and help marketers integrate AI into their daily work 

Data & Analytics 

• Build and maintain marketing dashboards, KPIs, and analytics reports across website traffic, user behavior, and business metrics 
• Dig into large real estate datasets using SQL and Python; turn numbers into actionable decisions 
• Identify data-driven opportunities where predictive models or AI features could enhance the platform 

Product AI & Agentic Systems 

• Design and prototype AI-driven features for the PropertyShark platform: AI assistants, conversational property research tools, AI-assisted workflows for clients 
• Architect agentic AI systems: multi-step agents that reason, call tools, and interact with live real estate data through MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers and API integrations 
• Build evaluation and testing frameworks for AI outputs: define quality metrics, detect hallucinations, run systematic evals and set up logging and observability for production agents 
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to move prototypes from proof-of-concept to reliable, production-grade features
