About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Technical Administrator to support business operations through data management, system administration, and process coordination activities.

This position is suitable for candidates starting their professional careers. Comprehensive training and onboarding will be provided to ensure success in the role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update information across multiple business systems.

  • Perform data entry and data validation activities.

  • Support administrative and operational processes.

  • Ensure data accuracy and consistency across platforms.

  • Assist with documentation and reporting activities.

  • Coordinate information between systems and internal stakeholders.

  • Follow established procedures and contribute to process improvements.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Good communication skills in Swedish and English.

  • Comfortable working with digital tools and structured data.

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

  • Preferred Qualifications

    • Experience with administrative tasks or data management.

    • Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP or similar platforms.

    • Experience handling large volumes of data.
