The Role

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Technical Account Specialist to join our team, focusing on the technical execution of campaign distribution and automation (especially on Social Media channels) and troubleshooting issues. 

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys hands-on problem solving, and is eager to collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize performance. As a key part of our operations team, you will work closely with internal stakeholders to implement and maintain technical solutions that drive success for our partners. Main Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day execution of automated social media advertising campaigns across multiple platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, X), ensuring timely and smooth performance. 
  • Assist in defining technical campaign requirements, collaborating closely with the product and engineering teams to develop tailored solutions for standard and moderately complex use cases. 
  • Understand and manage the integration of campaign automation solutions with social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, etc.) to ensure successful ad promotion. 
  • Provide technical support to the commercial team by helping define solutions for our campaigns, ensuring all client needs are met.
  • Analyze and review data points from APIs and internal databases, identifying correct data sources for dynamic campaigns.  
  • Collaborate with the product team reporting platform bugs and participate in testing new tools and features. 

Attributes and Skills Requirements

  • Quick learner with strong problem-solving skills, able to grasp new processes and technologies rapidly and propose solutions in ambiguous situations. 
  • 3-4 years’ experience in ad operations or technical operations, ideally within a digital agency or a related field, with familiarity in Ad Serving Platforms (e.g., Social Media Ads Manager). 
  • Technical aptitude to troubleshoot campaign automation tools and understand platform integrations. 
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in English
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, capable of managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. 
  • Collaborative mindset with a proactive approach, comfortable working cross-functionally with teams such as commercial, product, and engineering. 
  • Highly self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to manage tasks independently. 
  • Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets. 

Preferred Skills

  • Basic understanding of APIs and JSON files. 
  • Basic knowledge/understanding of HTML, SQL, JQ or any other coding languages. 
  • Experience with ticketing systems like Jira or ZenDesk. 
  • Knowledge of media tracking solutions like web pixels or MMPs. 
  • Interest in sports is always welcome.
