We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Technical Account Manager (TAM) to manage and grow client relationships while ensuring seamless delivery of data-driven solutions. Based in Mumbai (EST shift, Monday to Friday, work from office), this role sits at the intersection of technology, data operations, and client success.
As a TAM, you will be responsible for onboarding clients, supporting technical integrations, and ensuring the smooth execution of data workflows across platforms. You will act as the primary technical point of contact, collaborating closely with internal engineering and sales teams to translate client requirements into actionable solutions. This role requires a strong understanding of adtech and martech ecosystems, along with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues and maintain high service standards.
The ideal candidate brings a blend of technical knowledge, problem-solving ability, and client-facing experience, ensuring that data integrations, activations, and campaign performance meet expectations. You will also play a key role in monitoring data pipelines, ensuring accuracy, and identifying opportunities to enhance client value and drive growth.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end client onboarding, ensuring smooth setup and integration of data solutions
- Support integrations across DSPs, SSPs, and other data platforms
- Act as the primary technical point of contact for clients and partners
- Troubleshoot issues related to data mapping, schema mismatches, uploads, and segment delivery
- Monitor data pipelines and ensure timely and accurate data delivery
- Validate segment accuracy, match rates, and ID mapping consistency
- Collaborate with internal tech and data engineering teams to resolve technical issues
- Ensure SLAs are met and maintain high standards of service delivery
- Maintain documentation for data schemas, taxonomy, and workflows
- Build strong relationships with clients and provide regular performance updates
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities in collaboration with sales teams
- Translate client requirements into clear technical tasks and execution plans
What Makes You a Great Fit
- 2–3 years of experience in adtech, martech, data operations, or technical account management
- Strong understanding of programmatic ecosystems, including DSPs, SSPs, and data activation workflows
- Familiarity with data types such as HEM, MAID, and CTV IDs
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively
- Strong communication skills to interact with both technical teams and clients
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure
- Experience working with data platforms and integration processes
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Proactive mindset with a focus on client success and continuous improvement
- Experience with platforms like The Trade Desk, DV360, Lotame, or LiveRamp is a plus
Skills Required
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience
- Experience in adtech, martech, data operations, or technical account management (listed as 2-3 years in description)
- Strong understanding of programmatic ecosystems including DSPs, SSPs, and data activation workflows
- Familiarity with data types such as HEM, MAID, and CTV IDs
- Experience monitoring data pipelines, validating segment accuracy, match rates, and ID mapping consistency
- Ability to troubleshoot data integration issues (data mapping, schema mismatches, uploads, segment delivery) and translate client requirements into technical tasks
- Strong communication and client-facing skills with high attention to detail
- Experience with platforms like The Trade Desk, DV360, Lotame, or LiveRamp
- Willingness to work EST shift, onsite in Mumbai, Monday to Friday (work from office)
