About the role
As a Tech Account Manager, you are the bridge between ambitious client visions and real, scalable technical solutions. You don’t just manage timelines — you shape systems, translate complexity, and ensure that digital products are delivered with clarity, quality, and intent.
Sitting at the intersection of strategy, technology, and delivery, you will lead complex technical engagements across websites, platforms, and integrated marketing ecosystems. You’ll work closely with development, product, UI/UX, SEO, content, and studio teams to ensure that what’s imagined gets built — properly, securely, and at scale.
This role is ideal for someone comfortable owning both the client relationship and the technical delivery, navigating ambiguity, and bringing structure to fast-moving environments.
What you’ll do
Client & Delivery Ownership
- Own client initiatives end-to-end: from discovery, solution design, and technical scoping through to delivery, launch, and optimisation
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, leading technical conversations with confidence and credibility
- Translate business goals and client ambition into clear, structured, and executable plans for engineering and production teams.
- Anticipate client needs before they arise — identifying risks, dependencies, and opportunities early
Technical & Cross-Functional Leadership
- Partner closely with Development, UI/UX, Product, SEO, Content, and Studio teams to deliver integrated digital solutions
- Manage complex technical projects, including websites, platforms, integrations, and performance-driven digital ecosystems
- Work comfortably within agile or hybrid delivery environments, adapting scope, priorities, and workflows as projects evolve.
- Bring clarity to complexity — breaking down technical requirements into actionable tasks and milestones
Strategy, Quality & Commercial Responsibility
- Oversee project budgets, timelines, and resourcing while protecting execution quality and strategic intent
- Balance speed with robustness — ensuring scalability, performance, and long-term maintainability of solutions
- Engage in strategic conversations around data, performance, user behaviour, scalability, and impact
- Act as the internal and external champion of the work, owning outcomes rather than just deliverables
Leadership & Mindset
- Be proactive, not reactive — designing around constraints and unlocking smarter technical solutions
- Earn trust and respect from developers, creatives, and stakeholders through clarity, competence, and calm leadership
- Represent both TAYB and client brands with professionalism, integrity, and long-term thinking
- Step into additional responsibilities as needed, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
What you bring
Experience & Skills
- 3+ years’ experience as a Technical Project Manager, Technical Project Owner, or Tech Account Manager
- Proven experience managing complex digital or technical projects from discovery to delivery
- Strong technical understanding of website development, digital platforms, and marketing technology ecosystems
- Experience working in agile or iterative delivery environments
- Strong ability to translate business and product requirements into technical specifications and delivery plans
- Proficient with project and workflow management tools (e.g. Jira, ClickUp, Asana, Monday, or similar)
Commercial & Communication Strength
- Strong business and commercial acumen, with the ability to understand and articulate business value
- Confident client-facing presence — able to advise, negotiate, challenge assumptions, and guide better outcomes
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both technical and non-technical
- High level of attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Language & Location
- Fluent in Arabic and English, with strong professional diction in both
- Based in Saudi Arabia, comfortable working closely with regional clients and remotely with the rest of the 9H Team
