We are looking for a Technical Account Manager to join our Customer Experience team. In this role, you’ll act as a long-term technical partner for our customers, helping them succeed with complex document automation workflows.

What You'll DoYou will be a critical contributor to our technical account management efforts, owning the technical relationship end-to-end—from onboarding and solution design to scaling and continuous improvement. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams like Sales, Product, and Engineering to deliver exceptional results.
Key responsibilities include:
Owning the technical journey: Act as the primary technical point of contact for assigned customers.
Leading implementations: Lead complex onboarding projects, including workflow design, configuration, and testing.
Consulting on integrations: Design solutions using APIs, automation tools, and cloud services.
Advocating for customers: Collaborate with Product and Engineering to turn customer feedback into platform improvements.
Driving excellence: Use data and insights to identify optimization opportunities and reduce risks in customer setups.
We’re looking for someone who brings:
B2B SaaS Experience: Several years of experience in a technical, customer-facing role.
Technical Depth: A background in APIs, HTTP, SQL, and cloud concepts, paired with scripting skills in Python or JavaScript.
Strategic Problem-Solving: A balance of hands-on execution and the ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
Customer-First Mindset: A proactive and empathetic approach to solving technical challenges.
Within 3 Months: Complete onboarding, build strong relationships with key customers, and independently handle standard technical projects.
Within 6 Months: Own complex accounts end-to-end and successfully lead a major onboarding or optimization project.
Within 12 Months: Become a trusted technical advisor, contribute to scalable TAM playbooks, and influence product direction through structured feedback.
