We are looking for an enthusiastic, innovative and proactive Technical Account Manager.
You’ll need to be a quick thinker, have a strategic and creative mind with strong leadership skills.

As part of Rappi, you will be responsible for:

What are you going to do?
  • Work closely with business, commercial, and OPs teams to improve our allies integrations.

  • Be the contact point with stakeholders or the technical stability of our allies.

  • Lead the technical relationship with the retailers for their development.

  • Analyze data, identify and quantify sustainable opportunities as an advantage for the company.

  • Apply critical thinking to communicate issues directly with retailers and inform them about the catalog and operations decisions.

  • Create and run a roadmap for improving integrations of our allies.

  • Conduct proactive checks to guarantee the stability of integrations.

  • Work to identify and fix issues on Integrations.

What you must have?
  • Track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Leadership in projects and improving processes with limited resources.

  • Good English and Spanish communication skills.

  • Capacity to manipulate big numbers of analytical information.

  • Ability to prioritize, urgency sense and dependency.

  • Attention to detail.

  • Analytical and critical thinking.

  • Teamwork.

  • Proactivity.

  • Effective communication.

Technical Skills
  • Hands-on experience with contemporary programming languages, such as Javascript or Python.

  • Ability to create scripts for manipulating data using Python and SQL.

  • Internet technologies, HTTP, JavaScript, REST, API, JSON, OAuth, Postman, Swagger, Snowflake.

  • Ofimatic (Excel and Google Sheets desired), SQL, Database analysis.

Desirable Skills
  • DevOps skills.

  • Experience with systems integration.

  • Experience with Cloud Services.

  • Knowledge in Power BI or in other analytics tools.

What are we looking for?
  • 3-5 years of professional experience in similar roles.

  • Engineers, Business administrators and related bachelor's or equivalent experience.

  • Good English communication skills.

  • Portuguese is a plus.
