Your Mission 

·        Orchestrate enterprise-level implementations, providing tailored training and seamlessly integrating our solutions into customers’ environments 

 

·        Act as a proactive, trusted advisor throughout the entire customer lifecycle, continuously aligning technical solutions with evolving business goals to ensure lasting value 

 

·        Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Product, Engineering, Customer Success Management, Support) to align priorities, foster proactive coordination, and drive strategic, long-term success 

 

·        Anticipate and mitigate technical issues before they escalate, swiftly resolving high-priority issues and preventing future challenges 

 

·        Continuously gather and relay customer feedback internally, quantifying the impact of development needs to enable data-driven product enhancements and maintaining transparent reporting for ongoing optimization 

 

 

 

Your Profile 

·        Proven experience in a customer-facing technical role (e.g., Implementation Manager, Technical Customer Success Manager, or similar) 
 

·        Strong technical troubleshooting capability, with a history of taking care of complex customer projects 
 

·        Skilled at translating intricate technical details into clear, actionable guidance 
 

·        Experience in a SaaS environment, eager to deepen your knowledge as technologies evolve 
 

·        Experienced at handling multiple internal and external stakeholders across diverse customers and projects 
 

·        Excellent written and spoken German and English (additional language knowledge is a plus) 
 

·        Customer-focused and driven by the desire to help customers achieve their objectives.
