- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology, Business, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in Technical Account Management, Enterprise Account Management, Solutions, Customer Success, Implementation, or a similar client-facing role.
- Experience working with customers in Banking, BFSI, Fintech, B2B SaaS, Payments, Lending, Compliance, or Digital Platforms.
- Strong understanding of enterprise customer management and the post-sales lifecycle.
