TECHNICAL ACCOUNT MANAGER, HYBRID
(PRE-SALES & POST-SALES) – SOUTH AMERICA COVERAGE
At Qualys, we are looking to add a Technical Account Manager (hybrid role: Presales + Postsales) to support South America, partnering with strategic accounts and driving adoption, expansion, and growth across the entire portfolio.

What will you do?
- Lead the full customer lifecycle: discovery, solution design, workshops, presentations, demos, POCs, adoption, and expansion
- Translate technical and business needs into concrete solutions
- Support renewals, upsell, and new opportunities with a consultative approach
- Respond to RFIs / RFPs and help unblock technical decisions
- Act as a technical advisor for enterprise customers and internal teams (Sales / CS / Partners)
- Maintain tracking and reporting in CRM systems
Key Requirements
- Advanced spoken and written English (mandatory) for regional and global interaction
(Interviews will be conducted in English. Lack of proficiency will block progress in the process — please do not apply if you are not confident in this area.) - Senior-level experience in Cybersecurity and Enterprise environments in similar roles
- Flexibility to travel internationally as required
- Strong self-management and ownership mindset
- Solid technical background in areas such as: Vulnerability Management, Compliance, Network Security, and/or Cloud Security
- Experience with Cloud / CNAPP (highly valued) (CSPM / CWPP / CIEM)
- Plus: experience with Containers / Kubernetes
