התפקיד כולל תמיכה טכנית במוצרי קלטורה מבוססי וידיאו תוך התמחות בהם, אחראיות ליצירת קשר קרוב עם הלקוח והבנה עמוקה של כל צרכיו.
תקשורת צמודה מול הלקוח ומתן עדכונים שוטפים על-ידי שיתוף פעולה יום-יומי עם צוותי קלטורה השונים כגון צוותי המוצר, הפרויקט, הפיתוח, הבדיקות וכו'.
דרישות:
- כשנה ניסיון בתפקיד דומה
- ניסיון טכני עם לפחות מאחת האפשרויות הבאות: מערכות הפעלה, רשתות (פרוטוקולי TCP/IP), מסדי נתונים (שאילתות SQL)
- ידע והבנה בטכנולוגיות אינטרנט, כולל ארכיטקטורת רשת וטרמינולוגיה (http/https/FTP, domains, DNS)
- תודעת שירות גבוהה ומיומנויות למידה אפקטיביות
- היכרות בסיסית ומעלה ב Linux, Containers ומערכת הפצה Ansible.
- יכולת תקשורת מצויינת, בעל פה ובכתב
- יכולת למידה עצמית גבוהה
- יכולות גבוהות לניהול זמן ומשימות באופן עצמאי

Skills Required
- 1 year experience in a similar role
- Technical experience with Operating Systems, Networks, or Databases
- Knowledge of Internet technologies including network architecture and terminology
- High service awareness and effective learning skills
- Basic knowledge of Linux, Containers, and Ansible
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
- High self-learning capabilities
- Strong time and task management skills
