This role is designed for a proactive leader who can bridge the gap between our cutting-edge solutions and the diverse needs of our clients in Tunisia and surrounding markets.

As the Technical Account Director, you’ll be the key point of contact for our clients, ensuring they receive unparalleled service and technical support. Your responsibilities will include overseeing project lifecycles, managing communications between stakeholders, and driving strategic initiatives to foster client engagement and satisfaction. You will lead a talented team of technical professionals dedicated to achieving client objectives and delivering superior results.

Ideal candidates will have a robust background in account management, a solid understanding of technical project execution, and a passion for building lasting client relationships. You will play an integral role in the growth of our operations in Tunisia while earning competitive compensation and bonuses based on performance.


Requirements
  • 1-3+ years of experience in technical account management, project management, or similar client-facing roles
  • Comprehensive knowledge of software development processes and experience working with development teams
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to translate technical information for non-technical stakeholders
  • Proven track record of managing multiple accounts while ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
  • Familiarity with tools such as ClickUp, Slack, and standard CRM platforms
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing client demands
  • Bonus: Experience in the tech industry and Great English
