Position Overview: The Technical Account Advisor at Blue Yonder is responsible for providing exceptional technical support and advisory services to customers. The Technical Account Advisor is a trusted resource, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver value and drive customer success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a primary technical contact and trusted advisor for assigned customer accounts.
- Understand customer requirements and tailor Blue Yonder solutions to meet those needs.
- Provide proactive technical support and guidance on software implementation and best practices.
- Manage and resolve complex technical issues in collaboration with product development and support teams.
- Conduct regular check-ins with customers to assess satisfaction and provide updates on product enhancements.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customer stakeholders.
- Facilitate training sessions and technical workshops for customer teams.
- Monitor and communicate customer feedback to internal teams to influence product development.
- Stay current with industry trends and advancements in supply chain management.
Technical Environment:
- Familiarity with enterprise software solutions and supply chain management platforms.

Qualifications:
