Job Description:-
A Solution Architect, with hands-on technical skills as Java/J2EE Technical Architect, for providing & evaluating architectural strategy, providing technical leadership, and subject matter expertise. This includes (but not limited to) researching, evaluating, comparing Technology Solutions options for customer's problems.

- Architecture document artifacts - Create & manage software architecture in SAD. Document non-functional requirements for quality attributes.
- Technology leadership & mentoring -
- Conduct technical design reviews, code reviews
- Provide technical leadership at all levels during execution - through mentoring, forums & consultation.
- Technology Options generation - pros, cons & recommendations.
- PoC execution & ownership - for new technology options / solutions.
- Define standard & best practices.
- Assisting with ROM estimates - with PM, tech lead & others.

Skills Required
- Expertise in Java and J2EE architecture
- Experience creating and managing Software Architecture Documents (SAD) and documenting non-functional requirements
- Perform architecture assessment, current-state analysis, gap analysis, and roadmap definition
- Ability to produce future-state recommendations and technology option evaluations (pros/cons/recommendations)
- Proven experience executing and owning Proofs of Concept for new technologies
- Conduct technical design reviews and code reviews
- Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance across teams
- Define and enforce architecture standards and best practices
- Assist with Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM) estimates alongside PMs and tech leads
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Authorized to work in the U.S. (US Citizen, Green Card Holder, GC-EAD, H4-EAD, or L2-EAD). H1B, TN, and OPT-EAD candidates are not eligible
