GCyber is seeking a full-time onsite Technical Program Manager to support a mission critical DoD environment. This role is responsible for ensuring successful program execution, fostering strong customer relationships, managing a skilled technical team, and achieving program goals and deliverables. The Technical Program Manager will serve as the primary point of contact with the customer, coordinating closely with both government and contractor personnel to ensure program requirements are met and exceeded.
*Due to the classification and nature of the work performed, this position will be full-time at the Government location.
As the Technical Program Manager, you will:
- Act as the primary liaison with customer leadership and stakeholders, maintaining open lines of communication to address customer needs and concerns.
- Conduct regular status meetings and program reviews with the customer to ensure satisfaction and alignment with program objectives.
- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and address issues before they impact program success.
- Oversee the technical, operational, and financial performance of the program, ensuring that all deliverables meet or exceed contractual requirements.
- Provide technical oversight and guidance to project teams, ensuring the technical quality and integrity of deliverables.
- Develop and implement program plans, including schedules, milestones, and resource allocation, to ensure timely completion of objectives.
- Track, analyze, and report on program metrics to gauge performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with engineering, operations, and support teams to ensure seamless integration and performance of program services, including network operations, PDS management, and cable infrastructure support.
- Manage and mentor team members, fostering a culture of technical excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Oversee program budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting to meet or exceed budgetary goals and financial targets.
- Prepare and present financial status updates and program progress reports to senior leadership and stakeholders.
Minimum Qualifications and Experience:
- Active DoD TS/SCI Clearance
- BA/BS or equivalent
- DoD 8570 IAT II Certification or higher (https://public.cyber.mil/cw/cwmp/dod-approved-8570-baseline-certifications)
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
- Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) preferred
- 10+ years of experience
- 5+ years dedicated Program Management experience in a DoD environment
- Prior hands-on experience and expertise in network administration
