GCyber is seeking an enthusiastic Program Manager to support a mission critical DoD environment. In this role you'll lead a skilled technical team, foster strong customer relationships, and ensure program success through innovative solutions and collaboration.
*Due to the classification and nature of the work performed, this position will be full-time at the Government location.
As the Program Manager, you will:
- Be the primary point of contact for customer leadership, ensuring open communication and alignment with mission goals.
- Drive program success by managing technical, operational, and financial performance.
- Lead a team of talented professionals, promoting technical excellence and continuous improvement.
- Oversee program deliverables, including network operations, infrastructure support, and resource planning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless program execution.
Minimum Qualifications and Experience
- An experienced leader with a DoD TS/SCI clearance and a BA/BS degree (or equivalent).
- A certified professional with a PMP, DoD 8570 IAT II, and ideally, a CCNP.
- A proven track record in program management, with 5+ years in a DoD environment and 10+ years of IT experience.
- A strong background in network administration and operational management.
