The Role
As a Technical Liaison in Quality Assurance, you'll manage quality reports, communicate with growers and customers, update ERP systems, and ensure QA processes are followed.

As Technical Liaison you'll play a key role on quality communication and bulding relationships with growers and customers by:
1. Ensuring that all quality reports
are filled out correctly and finalized.
2. Updating the Master file with all
the inspection information for all origin and destination reports.
3. Uploading reports into NetSuite - ERP system.
4. Sending all reports to growers via
email.
Main Responsibilities:
- Follow-up on outstanding QC inspections
within 24 hours after packing (origin) or arrival (destination).
- Review and scrutinize all
information provided on each QC report to ensure it is correct according to
UE’s system.
- Follow-ups with Supervisor
- Analyse and report alerts and / or deviations.
- Provide feedback to relevant growers
within 24 hours of receipt.
- Ensure all QC feedback is captured
on the ERP system.
- Follow up on any downgraded or re-allocated
stock and provide further feedback to grower and update the system accordingly.
- Ensure all QC reports and supporting
documents are adequality filed on a case level on the ERP system.
- Maintain constant and proactive communication with related departments.
Requirements
What you will bring!
- Bachelor’s degree in
quality management, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent
experience).
- 1-2 years of experience in quality
assurance or similar role.
- Ability to work independently,
prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Product knowledge (berries or fresh produce industry preffered).
- Fluent English and Spanish
- Advanced Excel
- Analytics and business intelligence tools desired. Such as Power BI
- Proficiency using NetSuite or other ERP systems
- Excellent
communication skills; verbal and written.
- Excellent
attention to detail and persistence in getting information.
- Ability
to analyze information and communicate with relevant parties.
