Profile Overview
As a Tech User Experience Designer, you will be responsible for executing the user experience strategy across Tiffany & Co.'s digital client development platforms, Internal systems, and mobile apps, both back-end and front-end.
You will report directly to the IT Senior Director Client Development & Americas, who will define project deliverables and work priorities within the Tiffany IT department. A dotted-line reporting relationship will be established with the UX Director for broader strategic alignment and best practices within the UX discipline, ensuring direct leadership on operational matters remains paramount.
Key Accountabilities
UX Strategy Execution
- Execute a user-centric UX strategy, ensuring seamless and engaging digital and retail experiences.
- Partner with cross-functional teams (IT, Digital, Retail, etc.) to align UX initiatives with business goals.
- Advocate for human-centered design, embedding UX best practices across Tiffany’s digital ecosystems
- Contribute to and support the maintenance of the Digital Design System & help expand digital style guides to new digital platforms.
- Create high-fidelity mockups, prototypes, and interactive designs to effectively communicate design concepts to stakeholders and development teams.
- Plan and lead UX workshops, design sprints, and ideation sessions with cross-functional teams.
- Use facilitation techniques to drive alignment, problem-solving, and co-creation.
- Engage stakeholders in user-centered methodologies, ensuring design decisions are informed by research and insights.
- Present UX strategies, research findings, and design recommendations to executive leadership and key partners.
User Research & Data-Driven Insights
- Promote user research methodologies to inform design decisions.
- Conduct qualitative research, including usability studies, A/B testing, and user interviews.
- Leverage insights and analytics to optimize the digital customer journey.
Design Execution & Digital Excellence
- Adhere to Tiffany’s brand identity, digital accessibility standards (WCAG 2.2 AA), and platform guidelines.
- Collaborate closely with developers, content strategists, and product teams to bring UX solutions to life.
Required Qualifications
-4 to 6 years of experience in UX design, product design, or digital strategy
- Proven experience managing and mentoring UX/UI designers in a fast-paced environment
- Deep expertise in user-centered design, UX research methodologies, and design thinking
- Strong knowledge of design tools and a solid understanding of front-end technologies
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- A passion for luxury, digital innovation, and crafting world-class customer experiences
- Ability to work effectively in an Agile environment, balancing strategy with hands-on execution
Skills Required
- 4 to 6 years of experience in UX design, product design, or digital strategy
