This role is respsonsable to follow up MOH's Tenders to supply the National Immunization Programs with Pfizer's vaccines, understanding customer's needs, aiming to gain quick access of new products/indications and generating profitable & sustainable growth. It becomes an expert for the NIP and is responsible for managing end to end interactions under the supervision of Vaccines Institutional Channel Lead.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
- Will be responsible for managing the Argentina NIP listed Pfizer vaccines and the current Tech Transfer agreement of Prevenar with Local Partner Sinergium Biotech.
- Comply with the tender requirements regarding vaccine supply locally manufactured under the current Tech Transfer with Sinergium Biotech.
- Coordinate processes between Pfizer and the local partner from raw materials, supply, costs and invoicing.
- Own the forecast elaboration and follow up for annual purchase, forecast revenue and phasing of the all the vaccines included in NIP calendar.
- Defines Key Performance Indicators to track and measure NIP vaccines performance.
- Financially follow-up of the project and periodically review P&L.
- Provides timely reporting to Vx CBLs, alerting them to the possibility of endangered/missed or conflicting milestones, critical path activities.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's Degree (Industrial engineer, actuary, business administration, economist, and related fields)
- Fluency in Business English
- Strong project management skills
- Tender & Contracts experience (Preferable)
TECHNICAL SKILLS REQUIREMENTS
- Strong interpersonal skills to lead and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including HQ Function
- Advanced Experience in Office suite (Power Point, Excel, Word)
- Strategic planning and effective operational execution & controlling of forecasts
