Responsibilities
- Play with and test new consumer products by following the written test bench procedure
- Understand the consumer products from a user's perspective and make sure all relevant features are tested, even those not covered by the test bench
- Investigate and troubleshoot issues with the performance of consumer products
- Analyze and compare data and test results to verify quality and spot potential issues or mistakes
- Record test results and maintain detailed documentation
- Re-check specific results and product performance due to firmware updates or user questions
- Other duties as assigned

Qualification/Experience
- Proefficient in English
- It is a bonus to have work experience in a tech related field
- It is a bonus to have a technical background with a DEP/DEC in electronic or computer science
*We're open to hiring either an entry-level candidate, or one with more experience as follows:
Tester I
Entry level position, but other levels can be achieved within two years of employment.
Salary range: $52-$57K
- You are a hobbyist for one or more of the products we tests
- You are looking to learn on how to test our products and grow into Level II
- You have basic understanding on how products are tested
Tester II
Note: Further advancement exists beyond this role.
Salary range: $63-$87K
- You are involved in hobbyist communities
- You have deeper understanding on how products are tested and have performed such tests for at least 2 years
- You have relevant work experience.
Senior
Salary range: $78-105K
- You are a recognized voice in hobbyist communities
- You are a specialist on product testing and can collaborate on creating or improving testing methodology
- You can draw deep understanding from product testing data
- You have leadership/management experience
