Your mission as Tech Teamlead is to:
- Align, coach and motivate your team (2x CRM-Admin 1x IT-Admin) to achieve your teams-objectives;
- Transform the IT-strategy to a tactical roadmap and ensure its execution;
- Manage demanding stakeholders to continuously deliver value to the business;
- Maintain and develop a CRM that our users love;
- Architect our SaaS-IT-Landscape and align stakeholders around your teams vision;
- Oversee, manage, administrate and support Sherpany’s internal IT;
- Manage 3rd party service providers and negotiate contracts with vendors.
