About the team
Roku is looking to hire a Tech Talent Sourcer. Roku is combining efforts for both growth and profitability for our next phase, which requires someone like you to continue building out our world-class Devices, Products & Technology teams. This isn’t just a “keeping things moving” organisation. As Roku enters new markets and takes on new challenges, we will be looking to you for expertise in talent market mapping and tech talent acquisition.
About the role
We are looking for someone who can provide timely, proactive delivery of qualified prospects and talent pipelines in support of company hiring in Bengaluru, while maintaining a high quality bar set by the business.
What you’ll be doing
- Ensure continuous delivery of qualified senior tech talent in support of company hiring targets.
- Own robust talent pipelines & qualified prospects within the assigned location and tech stack.
- Conduct referral drives to generate high-touch candidate experience.
- Launch outreach campaigns, initiates first contact and performs screening calls.
- Suggest and participate in review of new sourcing strategies, tactics and tools.
- Generate insight into talent markets globally and identify trends.
- Maintain data integrity and compliance across ATS applications to ensure process adherence and quality.
We’re excited if you have
- 3-5 years of experience in tech talent acquisition, with a mix of both search firm and in-house environments.
- Demonstrated success in sourcing candidates across India, with a heavy focus on Bengaluru.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with hiring managers to develop and implement targeted sourcing strategies.
- Utilised a wide range of candidate generation and research methods to identify the best fit in a competitive tech landscape.
- Handcrafted outreach strategies to successfully engage passive candidate pools.
- Experience with our TA tech stack: GreenHouse, Linkedin Recruiter and TalentWall will be a plus.
