Description

We are seeking a Tech Talent Partner to join our team for a 6-month contract in Brussels. This hybrid position is with one of our esteemed clients in Belgium and necessitates in-office attendance for 2 to 4 days per week. The role presents a significant opportunity to serve as an in-house Talent Acquisition Partner for a company that is leading initiatives in data quality and governance on a global scale.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to comprehend their requirements and identify the most suitable technical talent.
  • Take ownership of the complete recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to negotiating offers and pushing things forward with different hiring managers.
  • Establish robust talent pipelines through a variety of sourcing methods, including LinkedIn, networking, and direct outreach.
  • Facilitate a smooth candidate experience by maintaining transparent and engaging communication.
  • Work in conjunction with the wider HR team to enhance hiring strategies and streamline processes.
  • Remain informed about industry trends to effectively attract and retain top-tier technical professionals.
  • Greet and introduce the working environment in the offices.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 6 years of experience in talent acquisition within the information technology sector,
  • Proven experience as a technical recruiter or talent partner, ideally in a dynamic or international environment.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the technology market and hiring landscape in Belgium and Brussels.
  • Demonstrated capability to source, engage, and attract outstanding engineering and product talent.
  • Exceptional communication skills – skilled at building relationships with both candidates and stakeholders.
  • A proactive and hands-on approach, with a strong emphasis on achieving results.
  • Fluency in English; and proficiency in French or Dutch will be considered an advantage.
