Join Dash0 and help us define the future of observability. We are OpenTelemetry-native, building a delightful, simple, and AI-centric platform that eliminates vendor lock-in and meaningless toil. Shape a product that developers love—all with transparent pricing and cost-control built in.
The Opportunity
Dash0 is scaling globally and we need a Tech Talent Acquisition Partner to own full-cycle recruiting for our engineering and technical roles. You'll be our pipeline wizard — balancing high-level strategy with hands-on execution to find the best engineers, SREs, and product builders in the B2B SaaS and Cloud Infrastructure space.
You'll partner closely with Engineering, Product, and Leadership teams across the full hiring journey — from intake call and proactive sourcing to final offer negotiation. Because we're a global team, you'll bridge the gap between Europe and North America, ensuring our technical hiring engine runs smoothly across all time zones. This role is based in Munich or Amsterdam (hybrid).
What You'll Do
Lead end-to-end hiring for technical roles across Engineering, Product, and Solutions Architecture — owning the full process from sourcing to close.
Actively source and nurture passive technical talent in the Observability, Cloud, and open-source ecosystems.
Act as a trusted advisor to engineering leadership — lead intake sessions, define competencies, and provide data-backed guidance on headcount planning.
Implement scalable hiring processes — technical assessments, interview rubrics, and calibration sessions that make every hiring decision fair and efficient.
Maintain high data integrity within Ashby (our ATS), track key metrics, and continuously optimize sourcing and selection strategies.
Manage recruiting workflows across North America and Europe, maintaining high availability for stakeholders and candidates in both regions.
What You Bring
4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with a focus on technical roles, ideally in high-growth B2B tech/SaaS environments.
Proficiency with Ashby — you're comfortable navigating and optimizing modern recruitment stacks.
A global mindset — experience navigating both NA and EMEA talent markets for engineering talent.
Strong proactive sourcing skills for technical profiles — you know where great engineers spend their time (GitHub, CNCF, meetups, open-source communities).
A consultative approach — you have the confidence to challenge hiring managers and provide data-backed insights to improve hiring outcomes.
Nice to Have
Familiarity with the Observability, OpenTelemetry, or Cloud Infrastructure ecosystem.
Experience recruiting for hard-to-fill roles (distributed systems, platform engineering, SRE).
Understanding of technical assessment methods and coding evaluation frameworks.
Experience in a high-growth, venture-backed startup environment.

What We Do
We are a group of observability and monitoring experts dedicated to a single mission. We strongly believe Observability should be easy to understand, use, install, integrate, and manage. We make Observability easy for every developer. We fully embrace OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, and open standards for modern observability. Our focus is on correlating and contextualizing issues to look beyond the limitations of telemetry silos. It should be easy for users to collect relevant telemetry and our goal is to have widespread adoption with a user-friendly and developer-friendly experience. We believe that more data doesn't always lead to more insights and often results in significant costs.
