Key Responsibilities- Deliver excellent customer experience through clear and professional communication via email and phone
- Collaborate with service and engineering teams to resolve technical and service-related issues
- Read and understand technical drawings and schematics
- Cooperate with cross-functional departments to resolve customer issues in a timely manner
- Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships through high-touch customer service
- Follow all company processes, procedures, and work instructions
- Promote company products and services and suggest suitable alternatives based on customer needs
- Identify customer requirements and resolve product or service issues effectively
- Comply with all internal regulations, legal requirements, and management instructions
- Adhere to company quality, safety, and compliance standards
- Maintain a clean and organized workplace and perform basic autonomous maintenance of equipment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong problem-solving ability
- Professional business correspondence skills
- Basic understanding of internet technologies and web browsers
- Team-oriented mindset with a positive and proactive attitude
- Ability to develop creative solutions to technical service challenges
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical support or a similar role
- Strong computer skills, including MS Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Good command of English at a communicative level
