Tech Services and Data Operations Assistant

Job Description

IT Service Support:

• Provide first-line IT support for users across ASEAN countries
• Troubleshoot and resolve basic to moderate IT issues in a timely manner
• Assist in maintaining IT service quality standards

Data Management (Sales Order Processing and Event Operations):

• Support the implementation and maintenance of sales order processing systems
• Assist in managing data within event operations systems
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity in sales and event management databases
• Generate basic reports on sales orders and event operations data

System Support:

• Provide user support for sales order processing and event operations systems
• Assist in system updates and minor configurations
• Help create and maintain user guides for sales and event management tools

Data Entry and Validation:

• Perform data entry tasks related to sales orders and event operations
• Conduct regular data quality checks and cleanups
• Assist in data migration processes when required

Cross-functional Collaboration:

• Work closely with sales and event management teams to understand their system needs
• Coordinate with IT and data teams to escalate complex issues
• Participate in cross-departmental projects related to sales and event data management

Training and Documentation:

• Assist in creating training materials for sales order and event management systems
• Provide basic training to end-users on system functionalities
• Document common issues and their resolutions for knowledge base

Process Improvement:

• Identify opportunities for improving data management processes in sales and event operations
• Contribute ideas for enhancing system efficiency and user experience
• Participate in discussions about best practices for data handling and system usage

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (fresh graduates are welcome)
• Basic understanding of IT support principles and data management concepts
• Familiarity with database systems and data entry processes
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in one or more Southeast Asian languages is a plus
• Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment
• Willingness to learn new technologies and systems
• Basic knowledge of sales and event management processes is beneficial
