The Role
As a Tech SEO Manager, you will lead technical SEO initiatives to enhance organic search performance across multiple regions and languages. You will play a key role in ensuring the website’s technical health, improving Core Web Vitals, and setting up scalable SEO structures for international growth.
Responsibilities
- Oversee technical SEO strategy, ensuring best practices are implemented across all digital properties.
- Advise on site structure, crawlability, indexation, and page speed improvements.
- Work closely with developers to ensure SEO is factored into all technical decisions.
- Provide insights on Core Web Vitals and site health metrics, making recommendations for improvements.
- Support CMS migration projects, ensuring SEO continuity and minimal disruption.
- Develop a framework for international SEO, including geo-targeting and hreflang strategy.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in technical SEO, ideally for global brands.
- Expertise in international SEO, including multiple region and language targeting.
- Strong understanding of Core Web Vitals, structured data, and website architecture.
- Experience in CMS migrations and large-scale website transitions.
- Hands-on experience with Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, and other SEO tools.
- Ability to work closely with developers, product teams, and content strategists.
